Prateek Madhav is the CEO & Co-Founder of AssisTech Foundation (ATF) — India’s first and only platform dedicated to assistive technology startups.
An alumnus of NIT and IIM Calcutta, he brings together strong academic grounding with practical leadership experience in both corporate and social sectors.
Prior to founding ATF, Prateek spent 18 years in the tech industry, leading digital transformation initiatives across global organizations.
ATF, under his leadership, has supported 32 startups, created 85 assistive tech products, and directly impacted over 4.6 lakh persons with disabilities across India.
His work champions disability inclusion, accessibility innovation, and entrepreneurship as tools for systemic change.
Prateek is an active mentor, speaker, and advocate for inclusive technology and has featured in various national innovation and impact platforms.
A native of Jaipur, he is also a marathon runner, music lover, and a firm believer in the power of simplicity and purpose-driven innovation.
Through ATF and beyond, he continues to lead with a vision to make the world more inclusive through technology and collaborative action.
