Mr. Tom Jacob is the Promoter and CEO of Kanjiramattom Agro Producer Co. Ltd., a successful farmer-owned company rooted in Kanjiramattom, Pala.
The initiative began as a NABARD-supported Farmers Club in 2016, evolving into a formally incorporated agri-business in 2019.
Under his visionary leadership, the company has grown steadily and is currently expanding its equity from ₹30 lakh to ₹2.5 crore, showcasing strong market presence and community trust.
With a postgraduate degree in Commerce, Mr. Jacob began his career in finance as a member of the Cochin Stock Exchange in 1989.
Coming from a traditional agricultural family, he brings grassroots insights and deep commitment to farmer empowerment and agri-innovation.
He has been instrumental in creating sustainable income opportunities for rural communities through value-added farming and cooperative enterprise.
His leadership blends business acumen with social impact, making Kanjiramattom Agro a model for farmer-led entrepreneurship.
Mr. Jacob resides in Kanjiramattom with his wife Sherly and their four children: Jacob Tom, Mathew Tom, Anna Tom, and Tomin Tom.
