Mr. Xavier Thomas Kondody is a veteran small-scale industrialist and a leading voice in Kerala’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
He currently serves as the State President of the Kerala State Small Industries Association (KSSIA), representing the interests of MSMEs across Kerala.
As Zonal Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), he contributes to shaping policies that support industrial growth and innovation.
A committed reformist, Mr. Kondody has led KSSIA in championing vital policy changes for sustainable enterprise development in the state.
Internationally recognized, he represented India at the World MSME Conference in Taiwan, strengthening global collaborations.
He heads a successful enterprise specializing in copper sulphate manufacturing and is the innovator of Kondody’s Ready-to-Use Bordo Paint, a patented plant protection product.
