Nazrani Margam Council: The supreme body
- The Nazrani Margam Council is the source of all Hekmas Directorate Board appointments, and it serves as the forum for all decision-making.
- All decisions will be executed professionally through the established hierarchy, leveraging the autonomous power granted to each directorate and fostering collaboration among all officials.
- All Hekmas Governing Board members are required to attend the Nazrani Margam Council meetings at least quarterly.
